Healthy Life ^^

There are several important things people should do to have a long, healthy life.

First, we should eat the healthy food. Example, we should consume vegetables more than carbohydrate or fat and we should eat fruits. we should decrease junk food because junk food contain cholestrol and not good for our body.

For another thing, we should do the exercise everyday, because exercise can make our body fit. Example, we ought to jog in the morning because air in the morning is very good for our respiration.

Finally, we should think positively and we don't have to be stress and we always think positively so that we have way to finish it. So we don't workjust to get money, but should care for our healthy
